We were joined by designer Reanar James for The Stitch Festival!
Reanar spent all four days of the festival in our YKWU corner, teaching participants how to construct a leg warmer that should keep you warm in chilly weather!
If you want to CROCHET a leg warmer, you’ll need:
4mm hook
DK acrylic yarn (of your choice)
If you want to KNIT a leg warmer, you’ll need:
5mm circular needles
DK acrylic yarn (of your choice)
In addition to crocheting and knitting, Reanar also curated the Community section in Coléchi's print journal AGREENCULTURE, which explores how fashion can challenge the status quo and foster a sense of community.
Reanar is passionate about this subject, and it fits in well with what YKWU is all about—bridging the gap and encouraging collaboration between generations.
